This morning I had the pleasure of meeting a group of students from Monterey's sister city, Dubrovnik, Croatia. I showed the students around Monterey city hall, discussed how our government worked, and asked them about their career goals and dreams.
The sister city program was created by President Eisenhower as a way to build relationships, promote trade, and strengthen ties between America and other countries.
